ITS Partners is an established Microsoft, ServiceNow and Symantec partner specializing in the delivery of license procurement, design, training, implementation and ongoing support for some of the industry’s best solutions. Leading product and service offerings include Microsoft Azure, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Office 365 and System Center, Symantec Endpoint Management and Security solutions as well as ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Process Automation and IT Asset Management.

As a technical practice leader, I am responsible for the overall performance of my line of business. This relatively new role presented many challenges for me, with respect to both leadership capability and non-technical acumen. Working with Rick Noland has enabled me to significantly grow my skills in people management, financial management and performance execution to a degree that now allows me to focus squarely on driving revenue generation for the overall organization.

Without Rick’s guidance and experience, I would be forced to learn many leadership lessons the hard way. Having an on-call business therapist helps me make the right decision… the first time.
